Rachel is a member of the firm's litigation team. She grew up in Geraldine, MT on her family's farm and ranch. After high school, Rachel attended Dickinson State University in Dickinson, North Dakota where she participated in track and field and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science in 2009. Rachel returned to Big Sky Country and attended law school at the University of Montana, where she received her Juris Doctor in May of 2012.
Rachel joined Church, Harris, Johnson & Williams, P.C. in the Fall of 2012 and has developed a practice focused in real property, which includes easements, condominiums, and landlord tenant issues. Rachel also has experience in the area of collections and family law.
Rachel is admitted to practice law in Montana state court and before the U.S. District Court, District of Montana. She is a member of the Montana, Cascade County and American Bar Associations. Rachel is a United Way volunteer assisting with the United Way of Cascade County annual campaign, and also enjoys volunteering at the Great Falls Animal Shelter. In her free time, Rachel enjoys camping with her Golden Retriever and helping on the family farm.
