We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys in our Trusts & Estates department. Summary of position:
Under general supervision, serves as confidential assistant to multiple attorneys. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent computer, grammar, organizational and communication skills. Prepares documents and correspondence requiring knowledge of legal terminology and formats. Performs a wide variety of other routine secretarial and administrative tasks.
Strong administrative and organizational skills required. Excellent computer skills essential, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with accounting and tax preparation software a plus. Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality regarding internal Firm and client information.
