On February 28, 2023, Church, Harris, Johnson & Williams, P.C. will be closing its law practice after more than a century of service.

The following attorneys will continue to provide you with top-notch legal services in the future as solo-practitioners or as members of different law firms:

If you are a current or former client and have not received correspondence from us, please contact the attorney you worked with at their new firm above. Otherwise, please call (406) 761-3000 regarding your matter.


If you are a former client, the file for your closed matter either has been or will be transferred to the responsible attorney's new law firm, or to Front Range Law as custodian. You may retrieve the closed file if you wish by contacting the responsible attorney or Front Range Law. Closed files are stored for seven years, or ten years only if you received a letter from CHJW stating a retention of 10 years, from the date the file closed on conclusion of the matter. Closed files are then destroyed at the end of the storage period. You closed file will be stored and destroyed on the same schedule from when it closed upon completion of your matter.
