Employment/Labor Law

The firm primarily represents employers, management and businesses in connection with all employment-related issues, including consulting on federal and state regulations, drafting of employee manuals, employment agreements, drug testing policies, wage and hour issues, and human rights complaints. The firm litigates wrongful termination, discrimination, and ERISA claims. The firm also appears in both administrative and court hearings on unemployment benefit, wage and hour, and discrimination claims. The firm also has handled labor contract negotiations, labor grievance arbitrations, and other issues under the NLRA.
